Buenos Aires, April 13 (NA) – The Argentine Association of News Entities (ADEPA) condemned the death threats directed at two journalists and warned about the 'seriousness' of such incidents. According to the organization, 'the victims themselves and the media outlets where they work indicated that intimidating messages were received in recent days'. Ignacio Ortelli, from Radio Rivadavia and A24, publicly disclosed a threat received via Instagram, which he then shared on his X account. Meanwhile, Tomás Méndez, according to information from ADEPA provided by the October group where he works, reported to the City Police 'threats and suspicious surveillance directed at him and his family'. ADEPA considers this clearly illegal act a 'serious mechanism of intimidation and urges the authorities to investigate the facts promptly'.
